How to delete your My Films account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open My Films and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete profile.
3. Confirm. We send an SMS code to your number.
4. Enter the code. The account is deleted immediately.

If you already uninstalled the app

Email office@markodesign.net.

• Subject: Delete My Films account
• Include the account phone number in international format (for example +380…).
• Send from that same number if you can, or be ready to prove the number is yours.

We will delete the account after verification and reply to the same email.

What happens

The profile, server lists, cinema-hall friends, and family membership are removed. Server backups may still hold remnants until they are overwritten. This cannot be undone.
